Northern Beaches scores 92 percent weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Northern Beaches had the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 39 auctions in the Northern Beaches 92.3 percent resulted in a successful outcome.

This is followed by the Eastern Suburbs with 89.2 percent and North Sydney and Hornsby with 83.6 percent.

Baulkham Hills and Hawkesbury only had an auction clearance rate of 30% making it the suburb with the worst performance.

A three bedroom house at 109 Clontarf Street, Seaforth (above) was sold over the weekend for $1.615 million.

Another three bedroom house at 40 Consul Road, Brookvale (below) was sold for $1.55 million.
