Northern Beaches ranks as Sydney's weekend auction hotspot: CoreLogic

The Northern Beaches was the Sydney sub-region with the highest weekend clearance rate.

The total auctions were up to 96 to the week ending February 25. There were 68 CoreLogic auction results. 

The 'Dorothy Cottage' at Manly has been sold at auction earlier this month (pictured above).

Located at 48 Wood Street, the architecturally transformed worker's cottage comes with four spacious bedrooms lounge room with cast iron fireplace, and Caesarstone kitchen.

Additional features include ducted a/c, tranquil garden and oak flooring.

Another Dee Why two bedroom apartment was sold at auction on February 23 (pictured below).

Positioned opposite parkland, near Dee Why Lagoon and Dee Why Beach, supermarkets and bus stops are within short walking distance. 

The 8/30 Clyde Road home comes with two bedrooms, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and open living area.
