North West Melbourne region scores 91% auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The North West region of Melbourne had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 84 auctions known in the North West region, 91.7% resulted in success.

This is followed by the North East with 86.1% and the Inner East with 80.7%.

South East region had the lowest auction clearance rate scoring only a 73.2% auction clearance rate.

A four bedroom house at 12 Medway Road, Keilor East (above) was sold for 1.07 million.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 23 Grandview Crescent, Hillside (below) was sold for $750,000.
