North Sydney and Hornsby score 88 percent Easter weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

North Sydney and Hornsby had the highest weekend auction clearance rate in Sydney, according to CoreLogic’s latest report which covered the subdued Easter period.

The property data firm says that out of the 27 auctions in North Sydney and Hornsby 88.9 percent resulted in a success.

This is followed by the Eastern Suburbs with 87.8 percent and the City and Inner South with 84 percent.

South West had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 72.7 percent of its 11 auctions resulted in a successful outcome.
