Builder Dominic Baljak’s newly-constructed North Ryde home fetched $2.63 million at its pre-auction sale.

The 72 Eastview Avenue house has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a double garage and a pool and sits on a 613 square metre block.

The buyers were a family returning to Sydney after living on the Central Coast.

“The last three luxury home sales in North Ryde have all been sold pre-auction,” Baljak noted.

The original offer from the buyer was $2.5 million.

“Although after seeing nearby 4 Adam Street (Ryde) sell for $2.79 million they were motivated to stretch to $2.63 million,” the McGrath selling agent Stefon Bertram said.

The Eastview Avenue price ranks as the highest priced sale on the west side of Lane Cove Road and it was the highest in the suburb until a $2.7 million sale on Neil Street late last week.

“There has been more prestige Ryde, North Ryde and East Ryde homes sold in the past three months, than the whole of the prior 12 months,” Bertram said.
