The home at 3 Harrington Ave, Warrawee, a five-bedroom, four bathroom new house, fetched $3.75 million at weekend auction through LJ Hooker Wahroonga agents Robert Ward and Lisa-Marie Cauchois

It was a Meadowbank Home which saw 350 groups turn up at its open for inspections of the home with 184 square metre living space.

There were eight registered bidders, who were mostly knocked out after bidding opening at $3.5 million, which was the price guidance.

The 934 square metre block last traded at $1.61 million by Meadowcorp Developments in late 2013.
