New development slated for Sydney's Caringbah

A new apartment development in Caringbah in Sydney's southern suburbs has frontages of 15.44 metres over two symmetrical five storey buildings.

Affinity at Caringbah, a development of 57 apartments, has two-bedrooms averaging 80sqm internally and three-bedrooms more than 100sqm, with external spaces ranging from 19sqm to 59sqm. 

The development on 1 and 3 Dianella Street is on a 4,292sqm site has two communal rooftop terraces and two basement levels with 104 car spaces for residents, plus 12 visitor spaces, provide unusually generous parking convenience for the Sutherland Shire. It is designed by architectural firm Baker Kavanagh

Kitchens feature Bosch appliances, Caesarstone benchtops, tile splashbacks, oak joinery, and a pull-out or built-in pantry. Master ensuites have a Caroma bath, shower and vanity, full-height wall tiles, and Phoenix chrome tapware and accessories.

Affinity Caringbah has:

o   40 two-bedrooms (80-92sqm internally plus 17-79sqm externally) with two car spaces from $795,000 to $1.15-M, and

o   13 three-bedrooms (101-111sqm internally plus 40-63sqm externally) with two car spaces from $1.12-M to $1.39-M

strata levies are estimated to range from $650 to $1,200 per quarter.
