Four new townhouses at Burleigh Heads are on the market through Ray White Burleigh Waters’ Mark Stafford, who notes it’s the first of this type of development in seven years.

Developed by Bob England, the development at 17 Stephens Street, Burleigh Heads includes four townhouses with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and powder rooms in each.

Stafford notes that the demand in Burleigh Heads has been substantial, with new developments needed in the area.

“Last year Burleigh Heads saw capital growth of 14.9%,” he said.

“The market is hot and there are no signs of it slowing down. This development is built by one of the most respected builders in the area and we anticipate a high level of interest throughout the marketing campaign.”

The main bedrooms include private balconies.

Local and interstate buyer interest is anticipated, with an ‘offers to purchase’ campaign beginning on Saturday 26 September, closing 23 October.

The current median house price for the area, according to RP Data, sits at $588,000, with units recording a $375,000 median.
