A Napperby, South Australia mortgagee has been sold for $90,000.

The house was originally listed for $138,000, before being slashed to $110,000.

Wayne White of Wardle Co Real Estate marketed the listing.

Situated at 158 Scenic Drive, the property consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Set on 3,237 sqm, the listing describes the home as a "hobby farm for a renovator."

It is located 10 minutes from Port Pirie.

The property features a partly renovated bathroom and four parking spaces, outside there is an old olive orchard, other trees and chook houses.

The circa 1960 built home has been on the market for over 500 days.

According to CoreLogic, in Napperby the annual change in median price over the past 10 years is 1.9%.
