The property last sold for $187,500 in 2015 but previously sold for $265,000 in 2007.

Therefore this latest sale represents a loss of $60,000 on it's peak value.

Rob Tindall and Alana Whitefield marketed the property at 17/15 Lane Court.

Set on 87 sqm, the abode is a three bedroom, one bathroom townhouse.

Built in 1989, the property was listed for $220,000 in late 2019 and early 2020 following an unsuccessful November auction.

The median price for a house in Mount Warren Park is $405,000, according to CoreLogic data.
