Located at 5 Mill Crescent, Mount Isa the home sold for $140,000 after 66 days on the market.

Last sold in 2012 for $278,000 after spending 590 days on the market without success, the late 2018 sale was just over half that 2012 price.

Prior to that it had sold in 1999 for $93,000.

The home features front and back verandas accessed via sliding glass doors.

Set on a 705 sqm block the property is fully fenced.

It was sold by City and Country agents, John and Kieran Tully.

Situated in the suburb of Pioneer, the median price for a home in Pioneer is $151,000, according to CoreLogic data.
