Mortgagees in possession have sold a Mascot apartment for $722,000.

It was a modern one bedroom apartment with parking.

It was sold by One Agency agent Guy Buzzing, who gave a $670,000 to $720,000 price guidance.

It was located in the Rina complex on Church Avenue.

The apartment was 117 square metres including balcony, car space and storage cage.
