A two bedroom two bathroom Coburg North townhouse has been sold by the mortgagee.

Located at 15 Camera Walk, the home sold at auction on February 2.

It sold for $596,000.

Joseph Sassine of Jason Real Estate - Glenroy held the listing.

Set on 139 sqm the home came with an indicative price range of $580,000 to $610,000.

The two storey townhouse sold at a price increase of $71,000 since its 2014 sale price of $525,000.

The median price for a home in Coburg North is $828,000, according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 5.4%.

It is not the only home in Coburg North up for sale by its mortgagee, so too is 10 De Chene Parade.

This five bedroom house has remained on market for just shy of a year and it's current price guide is $1.4 million to $1.5 million.

Reduced from a price guide of $2.2 million to $2.4 million.
