The house last sold for $545,000 in 2008, meaning this latest sale marks a $175,000 reduction in value.

Marko Jovicic of Polaris Realty marketed the property.

Situated at 4 Myrtle Court, the abode comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage.

Set on 681 sqm, the house features a large patio and rear yard with fruit trees.

The 1989 built home was originally listed for $425,000 in May 2019, however, the listing was reduced to $370,000 in August.

The median sale price for a house in Morley, WA is $450,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
