An entire mixed-use strata-titled block in Sydney’s eastern suburb of Bronte sold for $6.2 million during the weekend, the most expensive among auctions for the week ending February 25, according to auctions tracked by Domain.com.au.

The block at 34-36 MacPherson St, Bronte NSW 2024, comprises four strata-titled apartments and two retail stores, and is ideally suited for a developer or investor.

Each of the apartments comes with two bedrooms plus a sunroom or study/third bed. They offer ocean views.

On the market for the first time in 30 years, the properties could earn a potential estimated gross income of $210,000 per annum (on fully leased basis).

The site area is nearly 593 sqm.

The selling agents were Edward Brown and William Hotson of Belle Property.
