Gordon Corp has again teamed up with the Mathieson family as they unveil plans for their latest luxury Gold Coast apartment development.

They've joined the hot <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/palm-beach-qld-4221">Palm Beach off the plan apartment market</a>, lodging plans for a nine-level building at&nbsp;62-64 Jefferson Lane, just one row back from the beach.

The building, designed by Cottee Parker, comprises 47 two and three-bedroom apartments.

The large 2,185 sqm site neighbours the&nbsp;Pavilions Palm Beach retail precinct.

Gordon Corp Sales and Marketing Director Lara Dimond said the&nbsp;vision for the project is to deliver a boutique development with a strong focus on wellness and liveability.

"We have been very deliberate in not pushing scale, or density,” Dimond said.

“The building includes 450sqm of landscaped green space, equating to 20.6% of the site. This focus on landscape extends to the very heart of the building itself, where a stunning atrium delivers cross ventilation and light throughout the building."

Dimond says the development is a complete lifestyle offering, with the beachfront&nbsp;less than 60m away and the retail and dining precincts&nbsp;on its doorstep.

The apartments start from 115 sqm and range in size to 275 sqm. Private resident amenities have been incorporated on the ground floor. There will be a 15m lap pool with day beds and cabanas, a wellness centre with cold plunge and a hot spa, as well as a sauna and steam room. The wellness centre will also feature a&nbsp;state-of-the-art gym.

Gordon Corp Managing Director, Tim Gordon, said the project was a welcome addition to the group’s growing residential portfolio, which includes the ultra-luxe The Mantaray Marina &amp; Residences – its first project with the Mathieson family - currently under construction on The Spit.

“Luxury isn’t just in the location, it’s in the detail, and we’ve have been able to channel the same elevated design approach from The Mantaray into our plans for Palm Beach,” Gordon said.

“Once this has progressed through the planning process, our intention is to break ground as swiftly as possible.”

Bruce Mathieson jnr. said Gordon Corp and the Mathiesons were aligned in their vision for ultra- luxe living in south-east Queensland.

The Mantaray Marina &amp; Residences is being delivered by Multiplex and on track for completion in early 2026. The $300 million project represents the first new development on The Spit since Palazzo Versace, Sheraton Mirage and Mariner’s Cove more than 20 years ago.

It is also the first development to be delivered under The Spit Master Plan.

The Palm Beach apartment market has been running hot for several years, and has recently had another wave of development applications hit the table of the Gold Coast City Council.

Sherpa, one of the most active developers in Palm Beach, has <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/qld/first-look-sherpa-file-plans-for-first-gold-coast-apartment-development-under-new-flourish-brand">filed plans for Flourish on Sixth</a> which <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/flourish-on-sixth-ave">will have 94 apartments</a>.&nbsp;Builder developer 5Point is also doubling down on the suburb, seeking to <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/news/qld/5point-go-again-in-palm-beach-with-palm-shores-apartment-development">develop another luxury project</a> on Jefferson Lane.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/deicorp">Deicorp</a> has commenced construction on its latest project, Marquet &amp; Mary in Rhodes, with a traditional sod-turn and blessing event attended by key project partners.&nbsp;

The event marked the beginning of a significant development that will see the construction of a 42-level tower comprising 274 apartments, with a portion designated as affordable housing for essential workers.

The building will serve as a new landmark in the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/rhodes-nsw-2138">Rhodes</a> town centre, with its design emphasising elegant internal apartment planning, a tripartite vertical rhythm on the facade, and a human-scaled design for the podium.

The tower will offer one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with views ranging from the Sydney skyline to the east to the Blue Mountains in the west.&nbsp;

In addition to residential spaces, the development will feature a four-level podium with commercial and retail spaces, along with a rooftop terrace, a courtyard garden, and a new public plaza at the southern entrance.&nbsp;

The project is strategically located within walking distance of Rhodes Train Station and is directly connected to Rhodes Central shopping centre.

<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/deicorp">Deicorp</a> Chairman, Fouad Deiri OAM, highlighted the importance of collaboration in delivering projects of this scale and recognized the contributions of everyone involved in the project so far.&nbsp;

The Marquet &amp; Mary development is part of a larger effort by Deicorp, which currently has 3,200 apartments under construction across Sydney, to provide the homes and communities needed in the area.

The development's swift approval by Canada Bay City Council and the record-setting sales achievements underscore the project's significance in the region.&nbsp;

Construction starts on Marquet & Mary apartments in Rhodes

Plans have been finalized for a towering green apartment building by Koichi Takada in Brisbane.

The development, at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/25-mary-street-brisbane">25 Mary Street</a>, is to be developed by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/ks-property">KS Property</a>&nbsp;and will be one of the Queensland capital's tallest towers at 264 metres, only behind&nbsp;the Brisbane Sky Tower and The One Residences by Shayher Group.

The 71-level building by the&nbsp;renowned Japanese architect will home 527 one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments and over 4,000 sqm of communal recreational space.

The design of the tower is inspired by natural forms, with the building's height evoking the image of a tree trunk rising into the sky, while the recreational levels are conceptualised as "nests" scattered throughout the structure.

Facilities on levels six and seven will cater to all residents, offering amenities such as a pet spa, yoga rooms, float therapy and a gym.

Higher up, on levels 23, 39, and 66, exclusive amenities will be provided for different apartment collections, including business centres, golf simulators, libraries, and private training rooms.

The podium and ground-level design also reflect the building's overall organic aesthetic, featuring cascading plants, green walls, and tactile materials that enhance the pedestrian experience.&nbsp;

The lobby will provide a generously proportioned, open space for residents and offer opportunities for passive surveillance of the street.

The tower will sit on a 2,736 sqm site that spans 25 Mary Street and 98 and 98A Margaret Street, just two streets away from the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens and a short distance from Queens Wharf Brisbane.&nbsp;

The site is adjacent to the Unilodge campus apartment building, Metro 21 apartment building, and the 23-level commercial office building, Mineral House.

North Shore development specialists, Harvie Group, has unveiled its latest development, in the heart of one of the area's most sought-after postcodes.

Harvie's new development is in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/pymble-nsw-2073">Pymble</a>, on the exclusive Telegraph Road, where they're set to deliver <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-townhouses/coachwood-pymble-76-telegraph-road-pymble">Coachwood</a>, a collection of just 10 townhouses that will cater for the local downsizer.

Harvie Group reveal rare new Pyrmble townhouse development, Coachwood

Development giant ALAND has stepped in to complete the construction of the final three buildings in Top Place's besieged Castle Hill apartment development, Skyview.

Two buildings in the five-building development at 51-53 Old Castle Road have been completed. The third is around 80 per cent complete, while buildings four and five are yet to come out of the ground, but the basement levels have been dug. <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/aland">ALAND</a> will be rectifying any potential defects in the existing shared basement.

ALAND has been appointed following a comprehensive process by receivers KordaMentha to determine the pathway for the completion of the development. ALAND will now work closely with the Building Commission NSW to complete the construction of the Castle Hill complex.
