Middle Park two eras home doesn't find auction buyer yet again
The exotic Edwardian Middle Park home at 156 Page Street had expectations of more than $3.3 million, but was passed in on a vendor’s bid of $3.4 million at weekend auction.
Title Tattle loves the front yard symmetry, but of course it is the knockout contemporary extension that could be expected to attract the buying interest.
Though the weekend result was the second time it failed to sell, as back in 2013 the $3.55 million desired sale didn't ever happen.
Auctioneer Greg Hocking of Greg Hocking Holdsworth advised there had been three parties interested in the four-bedroom Edwardian with contemporary rear extension on its 344 square metre holding.
