Melbourne's North West region scores highest auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Melbourne’s North West region had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 77 auctions in the area 87% were successfully cleared.

This was followed by the Mornington Peninsula with 79.2% and the Inner South with 77.7%.

The Inner East region had the lowest clearance rate with only 71.4% of its 105 auctions cleared.

A three bedroom house at 42 Borva Drive, Keilor East (above) was sold for $824,000 over the weekend.

Another three bedroom house at 10a Woorite Place, Keilor East (below) was sold for $787,500.
