Melbourne properties taking one month to find buyers: CoreLogic

Melbourne private treaty properties take, on average, a month to sell once listed on the market, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that Melbourne homes take around 29 days to be sold while units takes 30 days.

This is slightly slower than Sydney where houses and units are currently being sold by estate agents within 27 days.

Darwin places last with houses taking 87 days to sell while units take 76 days to sell.

Similarly Perth houses and units takes around 82-83 days to be sold.
