Melbourne listings down 2.3 percent year on year: CoreLogic RP Data

The number of properties for sale in Melbourne are down 2.3 percent year on year with a total of 28,959 listings according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Hobart listings for the same period are down 27.6 percent, with Sydney sales listings up 20.7 percent.

Brisbane listings are up 5.1 percent, Adelaide up 6.8 percent and Perth up 13.6 percent.
