Melbourne houses can take up to 46 days to sell: CoreLogic

Houses in Melbourne wait the shortest amount of time, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that on average houses in Melbourne can stay on the market for 46 days before being sold.

However units in Melbourne can stay up to 62 days compared to 43 days for units in Hobart.

Darwin houses and units can stay for a long time with houses on sale for 102 days while units can take up to 118 days to sell.
