Award-winning architect Neil de la Coeur of Bird de la Coeur Architects will do a meet and greet this Saturday, May 11, 2013 in South Yarra. 

Bird de la Coeur Architects are responsible for the design of South Yarra’s Yarra House, a 25-level complex featuring 114 apartments.

De La Coeur will be at shop 4 Yarra Lane, South Yarra on May 11 from 12pm to 2pm.

Located on Yarra Street, Yarra House is developed by Michael L Yates & Co and features 38 one-bedroom apartments and 76 two-bedroom apartments.

Buyers have the choice to acquire two apartments on the same floor and turn them into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment ranging in size from 142 square metres to 148 square metres.
