A Medowie, New South Wales mortgagee home has been sold under the auctioneers gavel for $375,000.

The three bedroom one bathroom house sold at auction on January 11 2020.

Warren Fitzgerald and Neil Ross of Dowling Property marketed the abode.

Situated at 13 Elm Avenue, the home sits on a 616 sqm allotment.

Built in 1991, the home was first purchased $95,000 in the year of its construction.

Most recently the property sold for $329,000 in December 2014, $64,000 more than what it transacted for previously when it changed hands for $265,000 in 2007.

The median price for a house in Medowie is $513,750 according to CoreLogic.
