Magpie Jason Cloke sells in Williamstown

The former AFL Magpie, Jason Cloke, sold his Williamstown townhouse last month.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home went to July auction with $1.45 million hopes.

But only sold last month at an undisclosed price.

The townhouse at 52 Bayview Street was bought for $1.36 million in early 2013.

The median price for a home in Williamstown is $987,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
