Magic Mountain, the iconic family theme park situated on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, near the town of Merimbula is on the market.

The award winning business has an asking price of $3 million.

A unique business and development opportunity is for sale through Raoul and Billy Holderhead at Burgess Rawson.

The owners, Alan and Jean Richardson bought the theme park in 1997, keeping Magic Mountain in the family business ever since.

The park is advertised with a strong trade history and steady growth, recently ranking in the Top 10 attractions for the South Pacific region on Trip Advisor and South Coast NSW Tourism Awards.

The 46.93 acre site on two titles has road frontage of over 950 metres and significant scope for additional development STCA.

The park's key attractions include the Toboggan Run, a 900 metre track fully imported from Germany and the 'Diamond Python' Roller Coaster, the only roller coaster on the south-east coast of Australia, imported from Italy.
