Offers over $5 million are still being sought by listing agent Jason Black of Black Lifestyle Property for 30 Marine Parade, Maroubra.

Located above Lurline Bay, close to the Mahon rock pool, the mansion is set over three floors on 518 square metres.

The four bedroom, four bathroom family home was built in 2007, on a block last traded for $2.06 million in 2001. 

It was designed by architect Timothy Hadiwibawa.

It had been scheduled for 2 August auction by the Fok family.
