Loss making Qunaba, Queensland four bedroom home, sold by mortgagee

Positioned between the town and coast, a Qunaba four bedroom house in Queensland has been sold by mortgagees for $325,000.

It was sold by Jonathon Olsen from LJ Hooker in the Bundaberg region.

It had last sold for $390,000 in 2013.

The rental price was $350 a week in 2015.

Set at 21 Panorama Drive, the property comes with four bedrooms, timber kitchen, three bay remote control garage and outdoor covered entertainment area.

Other features include split system air-conditioner, panels solar and solar hot water system.

According to CoreLogic, the suburb's median house price sits on $335,000.
