Its price guidance is between $490,000 to $539,000.

It last sold at $589,000 in 2014. It has been a rental at around $450 a week.

Designed by architect Rothe Lowman, the 806/1 Grosvenor Street home comes with two bedrooms, open plan kitchen and a terrace balcony.

It positioned across the road from exclusive shopping, restaurants, gym, entertainment and buses with the freeway, schools and parks only minutes away.

The auction has been scheduled for March 10.

The suburb's median unit price sits on $584,500, according to CoreLogic.
