A three bedroom 1900s home in south-east Queensland has been recently sold for $165,000 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Morrie Marsden from Ray White Ipswich.

It last sold at $202,000 in 2003.

Located at 11 Wyndham Street, North Ipswich, the house comes with three bedrooms, formal lounge and dining rooms, kitchen with pantry, and two parking spaces.

Situated on a 1,075 square metre corner block with two lots on title, it also features tongue and groove walls, high ceilings and timber floors.

It is only five minutes to the Ipswich CBD.

The suburb's median house price sits on $280,000, according to CoreLogic.
