Sydney's cheapest weekend auction was $370,000 for a two bedroom Liverpool unit.

The 35/4 Riverpark Drive offering through McGrath had two good sized bedrooms, each with built-in robes.

It was sold the day before auction by its investor owner who'd had it as a $330 a week rental.

Built in 1993, the home was previously listed for $439,000 unti November 2018 when it saw a series of asking price reductions .

Most recently in May 2019, the vendor listed the home with a price guide of $370,000 to $390,000.

The purchasor of the River Park Estate home was an owner occupier.

It last sold at $220,000 in 2009.

Overall, weekend auction volumes were up however ther was downward pressure on clearance rates.
