Rose Manor, a new luxury townhouse development in Liverpool, Sydney now only has just two remaining for sale, after two weeks of sales.

It is a small townhouse development, with nine offerings. The remaining are both three bedrooms.

There were five 2 bedrooms and four 3 bedrooms.

The two bedrooms started at $429,000 and the three bedrooms start from $544,000.

Investors and owner-occupiers from all across the city were the Rose Street buyers through Sam Elbanna from CPM Realty.

RP Data puts the house median in Liverpool at $517,000 and units at $315,000.

The recently announced airport at Badgerys Creek and the local hospital redevelopment had prompted property investors interest, Sam Elbanna noted.
