Little Projects launches Belle Box Hill, Melbourne

Belle Box Hill, in Melbourne's Box Hill, is the latest launch from Little Projects, offering 100 one and two bedroom apartments to market.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the development on Station Street is 14 kilometres from the CBD and will begin construction in the next few months for 2016 completion.

One bedroom apartments start from $322,000, with two bedroom apartments from $475,000 upwards. They range from 43.4 square metres to 76.2 square metres.

Managing director of Little Projects, Michael Fox, said that it provides good amenity to retail, parks, employment and education.

"Creating inviting communal spaces as an extension of residences will ensure Belle Box Hill residents can engage with each other and entertain friends and family with ease," said Fox.

This includes a ground floor dining area with full kitchen, lounge, library, private cinema room and landscaped outdoor entertainment space with barbecue facilities.
