Listings spike in Adelaide: CoreLogic

Adelaide has the highest boost in total listings over the past 12 months, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the number of total listings in Adelaide has increased by 6.4 percent to 8567.

However Sydney still dominates the number of new listings with an increase of 17.2 percent to 7330, given the seasonality of Easter being at this time last year.

Only Darwin has a decline in the number of properties, total and new, with the number of new listings dropping to 179, a decline of 4.3 percent.
