La Campagna Winery, on 28 hectares at 176 Rogers Road at Cape Schanck, remains listed with $4 million plus hopes

The Tuscan-style Mornington Peninsula estate has grapevines, a trattoria with pizza oven, seating for 70 patrons and space for larger functions. There are also 2500 olive trees.

The 176 Rogers Road property comes with eatery management at the ready, should the new owner desire, according to Kay & Burton’s David Heathcote.

There are nine acres of grapevines in full production.
