A mortgagee house in Kogarah, built almost 100 years ago is set for auction following an unsuccessful expressions of interest campaign.

Located at 18 Rocky Point Road, it features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a carport, and a lawn.

The house is in a medium-to-poor condition and comes with a $900,000 price guide.

The total block comprises of 446 square metres.

Built in 1925, the residence last sold in 2004 for $488,000.

Kogarah’s median house price is $1.175 million.
