A Kirkwood, Queensland mortgagee home has been sold for $200,000.

At the time of the sale it was listed for $205,000.

When the house was first listed in November 2019, the vendors sought $235,000.

The three bedroom, two bathroom home last sold for $224,900 in 2013.

Luke Watts of Elders is marketing the property.

Situated at 10 Seagull Boulevard, the home was built in 2013.

Set on 353 sqm, the lowset brick home is tucked away in the Oasis Estate Gladstone.

It was listed as a rental in 2015 and 2016 by the National Affordable Housing Consortium and Queensland Affordable Housing Consortium seeking $280/pw in 2015 and $190/pw in 2016.

The median asking rent for a house in Kirkwood is $300/pw, according to CoreLogic data.
