Set on 1,012 sqm, the property last sold for $400,000 in 2010.

It was sold with an asking price of $299,000. 

The home was originally listed with $399,000 to $449,000 price guidance in 2015 before being taken off market.

It has since been relisted twice.

In 2018 the house was offered for $325,000.

The latest campaign saw the property listed for sale through Shane Denniston of the Professionals.

Situated at 21 Buckingham Road, Kelmscott, the abode is comprised of three bedrooms, one bathroom and undercover parking for two vehicles.

The median sale price for an apartment in Kelmscott, WA is $285,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
