Brisbane developer Karam Group has announced it will match the Queensland Government’s first home owners’ grant for first home buyers who purchase an eligible residence in the luxury development Maasra Apartments.

Offering an additional $15,000, eligible first home buyers will receive up to $55,000 towards their new home with the development also qualifying for the Federal Government’s $25,000 HomeBuilder grant.

The $102 mixed-use development project, located in Brisbane’s COORPAROO, comprises 102 luxury apartments over eight levels.

Designed by HAL Architects, its offerings include recreational space, resort-style entertainment areas and a 25 metre pool.

With prices beginning at $399,000, a number of one and two-bedroom apartments meet the criteria for the first home owners’ grant plus an exemption on stamp duty for properties up to $500,000.

Construction on the property began in September, with the amenities on offer including a residents’ lounge, a gym, boutique retail and commercial office space.

The luxury building in the heart of COORPAROO is positioned for growth and ideal for home buyers looking at taking advantage of the government grants available, says marketing manager Adrian Parsons.

Construction on the luxury project by the Karam Group is set to be completed by late 2021.
