JQZ to build Sydney Olympic Park residential development Vivacity

Developer JQZ will build a residential complex near the grounds of Sydney Olympic Park with demolition of the site slated to begin June this year.

The residential development, named Vivacity,  as been designed by architects BVN.

Vivacity will feature four buildings of one, two, three and four bedroom single and double-storey apartments and penthouses as well as landscaped gardens and communal rooftop spaces.

Interior designers is by Turner.

The apartments feature integrated gourmet kitchens with Caesarstone benchtops, stainless steel Miele appliances, custom-designed chrome handles and designer joinery with a textured grain.

Caesarstone vanities feature timber grain joinery, wall-hung sinks and ambient LED lighting. Laundries come fully equipped with wall-mounted dryers.

The development will also feature three bedroom penthouses.
