How Richmond apartment prices have jumped since the 2017 downturn

Richmond is an inner suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, 3 km east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Yarra.

The median unit price in Richmond fell roughly from $560,000 to $541,250 between 2017 and 2018. 

Since then, its median unit price have risen by more than 6 per cent.

Median house price in Richmond shows an opposite pattern compared to its median unit price, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
