Houses in Adelaide stay on the market for 52 days: CoreLogic

Houses in Adelaide takes 52 days to sell, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property data firm says that it takes 71 days for units in Adelaide to sell once the are on the market.

Sydney has the shortest waiting time for both houses and units, with both types selling after less that a month on the market on average.

This is compared to Darwin where it takes 108 days for units to sell when they are on the market.
