Hong Kong jockey Nash Rawiller lists redundant Maboubra home

Jockey Nash Rawiller and his wife Sarah, who are now Hong Kong based, have their empty Maroubra home listed for December 1 auction through Ray White Double Bay agent James Keenan.

There are $4 million expectations.

Rawiller, who won three Sydney riding premierships after he made the move from Melbourne in 2007, bought on Marine Parade for $3.07 million in late 2012 from media scion Bryant Stokes who had paid $4 million in 2006.

The racing couple had sold in Kensington for $1.96 million.

The four bedroom, three bathroom, three level north-facing house opposite the coastal walk had been recently available for rent at $1900 a week.
