Home values in Perth continues to decline: CoreLogic

Perth’s home values continue to decline, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that over the last year Perth’s home value has declined by 5 percent.

This is not helped by a decline of 0.6 percent in the last week.

There has been a 0.2 monthly increase for Perth over the past month.

Adelaide has the lowest home value increases with only an increase of 2.7 percent over the last 12 months.
