Hills Holdings let go of Riverwood office and warehouse complex

Hills Holdings has sold its office and warehouse complex in Sydney's Riverwood for $9.7 million. 

A private investor/owner occupier purchased the industrial complex, at 8-12 Wiggs Road. 

The complex sits on a building area of 8,902 square metres, over six separate buildings on a large land parcel of 2.18 hectares. It includes six buildings comprising of a 3,220 square metre warehouse, a 2,330 square metre office/warehouse, a 1,054 square metre office/warehouse, a 1,195 square metre office, an 809 square metre office/warehouse and a 291 square metre warehouse.
