Harriette in Neutral Bay is seeing its apartments sell before its early 2021 completion.

Garden Residence Two, one of 10 three bedroom apartment in the Fiducia Property Group project, has just sold.

Garden Residence One is still listed for sale with an asking price of $3.75 million through McGrath's Claudia Portale.

The project at 9 Harriette Street is influenced by Art Deco architecture, with clean brick lines amid green landscaping.

Designed by PBD Architects, the apartments include bespoke lighting, green gardens, a wine cellar, and entertaining space.

The home's interiors include warm herringbone floors and brass accents.

Other projects by the architect in Sydney include Aoyuan International’s Adela project, located at 1-7 Gloucester Avenue, Burwood.

The collection of boutique apartments overlooks Burwood Park, green communal areas and four separate lobby entrances.
