The family home at 5 Greenhills Street in Greenhills Beach is back on the market. It last sold in July 2014 for $1,765,000, the building block having cost $789,600 in 2012.

Set for auction, the luxury home is positioned within walking distance to the beach.

Greenhills is one of the latest residential suburbs in the Sutherland Shire after the land release campaign for the area was unveiled back in 2011.

Greenhills is promoted as an area that enjoys Cronulla's layback living with picturesque views and the perfect balance of outdoor and indoor living.

The property is being promoted by Greg Gilbert Real Estate Cronulla.

Elsewhere at Greenhills Beach, at 7 Gable Street, there have been offers above $2.5 million after just three weeks on the market.
