It was last listed for $250,000 before receiving an offer following an unsuccessful two year campaign.

The home was listed for $399,000 to $439,000 during the 2017-2019 marketing campaign.

Rick Rispoli of LJ Hooker marketed the three bedroom, two bathroom house.

Situated at 22A Bert Street, the home last sold for $380,000 in 2015.

Set on 935 sqm, the listing described the home as "suited for the savvy investor/developer" as it is zoned R30/R40.

Built in 1956, the home was listed as a rental seeking $220/pw in 2018.

The median price for a house in Gosnells is $276,000, according to CoreLogic data.
