Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast houses approaching market peak: HTW

The Gold and Sunshine Coast housing markets are now approaching their peak, suggests the latest property clock from the valuation firm Herron Todd White (HTW).

Melbourne is also in the same category as the two Queensland coastal localities, while Sydney remains the only capital city starting to decline.

The rural areas in Queensland, as well as Darwin and Perth, are at the bottom of the market.

Canberra, who two months ago was in the same starting to decline category as Sydney, remains in the rising market.
