Geelong takes top spot in regional weekend clearance rate: CoreLogic

Geelong held the top spot for the highest regional weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 26 auctions in Geelong 84.6% were cleared.

This is followed by the Sunshine Coast with 66.7% and the Hunter region with 65.4%

Gold Coast had the lowest with only 38.2% cleared.

A five bedroom house at 47 Roslyn Road, Belmont (above) was sold over the weekend for $600,000.

A three bedroom house at 10 Jedda Street, Bell Post Hill (below) was sold for $420,000.
