Geelong takes highest regional weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Geelong had the highest weekend regional auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that out of the 26 auctions in Geelong 73.1 percent resulted in a successful outcome.

This was followed by Wollongong with 68.2 percent and the Sunshine Coast with 53.3 percent.

A five bedroom house at 4 Coots Court, Rippleside (above) was sold over the weekend for $573,000.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 14A Western Beach Road, Geelong (below) was sold for $1.76 million over the weekend.
